Delivery

Where it goes, and when

A Starting Pack is delivered to the address you will actually live at, on the day you arrive or the day before. Delivery is free, you open the bag before you pay the balance, and you can change any detail up to 48 hours ahead.

Cost
Free. Delivery is included in the kit price; there is no separate shipping charge and no surcharge by city.
Where
Your dorm or flat address in Girne, Lefkoşa, Gazimağusa, Güzelyurt, İskele or Lefke. We do not hand kits over at the airport; the kit waits where you will live.
When
Your arrival day or the day before it, whichever you choose when you order. You pick the date and a time slot.
Time slots
Morning (10:00 to 14:00) or Afternoon (14:00 to 18:00).
Who receives it
For a dorm, we can leave the kit at reception. For a flat, someone needs to be in, because you pay the balance at the door.
Changes
Up to 48 hours before delivery you can move the date, the slot or the address at no cost. Reply to your order email or message us on Telegram.

What happens at the door

  1. We arrive in your slot. If we are running late, we call the number on your order.

  2. You open the bag and check the contents against the list you ordered from. Take your time.

  3. If everything matches, you pay the remaining balance in cash or by card, and we are done.

  4. If the contents do not match the list, hand the bag back. You pay nothing further and your deposit is refunded.

If we cannot deliver

If nobody is at the address in your slot and reception cannot take the kit, we call you and agree a new day at no extra cost. If we cannot reach you and the address stays unreachable, we cancel the order and refund your deposit in full. Delivery is a service we owe you; a missed slot is not a reason to keep your money.

Starting Packs are sold by Özmutfak Şirketi Limited (Tax registration no. MŞ 3536, Lefkoşa), Şht. Tuncer Hasan Sokak, No: 4, Lefkoşa (Nicosia), North Cyprus (TRNC). Özmutfak takes the payment, issues the invoice, and is responsible for delivery and refunds. UniNorth (H.S.G Generation Digital Journalism Ltd.) publishes this site and introduces you to the seller; it does not sell the pack itself.
