How do I pay?
Two ways, your choice. Either a 20% deposit by bank transfer confirms your order and the remaining 80% is cash or card at your door after you open the bag; or you pay the full amount by bank transfer up front and nothing is due at the door. The transfer note is your order code, and transfers from Türkiye or abroad both work. Online card payment is coming soon.
When exactly does it arrive?
To your dorm or flat address, on your arrival day or the day before it, whichever you prefer. No airport handovers; the kit waits where you will live. Dorm deliveries can be left at reception; for a flat, someone needs to be in.
What if I don't like it?
Open it at the door. If the contents don't match the list on this page, hand it back — we refund whatever you have paid and you owe nothing else.
Can I change my order, or cancel it?
Up to 48 hours before delivery: move the date, the slot or the address at no cost, or cancel and get your deposit back in full. Reply to your order email or write to us on Telegram. Inside the last 48 hours your kit is already packed and routed for your slot, so the deposit is not refunded — but nothing further is charged, and you can still refuse the bag at the door.
