Never pay before you have seen the place
The money students lose most often in North Cyprus is a deposit on a flat they never saw. A deposit, a "reservation" or a "holding" fee — none of it is paid before you have stood in the place yourself. That is why we come to the tour with you, and if anyone asks you for money beforehand, tell us the same day.
