Estate agent's commission

1 month's rent

The commission is the estate agent's, paid to them when you sign, and the agent shares part of it with us. That is how UniNorth is paid. We charge you nothing ourselves, for the tour or for anything else. These figures are what the owner or agent told us; we check them again with you on the tour, and you get all of them in writing before you sign anything.
