How you pay, and why it is safe

Researching universities on UniNorth is free and always will be. The only thing you can buy from us is a Starting Pack, and even then you pay most of it after you have seen what is in the bag.

What you pay, and when

Deposit, when you order

Holds your delivery slot. Paid by bank transfer today; the transfer note is your order code. Transfers from Türkiye or abroad both work. Card payment online is coming.

Balance, at your door

Paid in cash or by card after you have opened the bag and checked the contents. If they do not match the list, hand it back and pay nothing.

Prices are shown in euro, with a lira estimate next to them. Delivery is free. There is no booking fee, no service charge and no subscription. What the page says is what you pay.

Cards we accept

VISA

Visa and Mastercard, issued anywhere. Debit and credit both work. Cards issued outside North Cyprus are accepted; your bank may apply its own currency conversion.

How your card details are protected

Encrypted end to end

Every page on uninorth.net is served only over HTTPS, encrypted with TLS (the successor to 128-bit SSL). Your browser shows a padlock on every page, not just at checkout. Plain HTTP requests are redirected, never served.

We never see your card

Card payments do not happen on our site. You are handed to the bank's own secure payment page, you type the number there, and the bank tells us only whether the payment succeeded. Your card number never reaches a UniNorth server, so it cannot be stored or leaked by us. We store no card numbers, ever.

3D Secure on every card payment

The bank verifies it is really you, usually with a one-time code sent by your own bank, before the payment goes through. Nobody at UniNorth can complete a payment on your behalf.

Two things we will never do

  • Ask for your card number. Not by email, not on Telegram, not on the phone. Nobody at UniNorth needs it. If someone claiming to be us asks, it is not us.
  • Ask you to pay a personal account. University fees go to the university's own published account, never through us. Read the anti-scam playbook before you send anyone money.

Starting Packs are sold by Özmutfak Şirketi Limited (Tax registration no. MŞ 3536, Lefkoşa), Şht. Tuncer Hasan Sokak, No: 4, Lefkoşa (Nicosia), North Cyprus (TRNC). Özmutfak takes the payment, issues the invoice, and is responsible for delivery and refunds. UniNorth (H.S.G Generation Digital Journalism Ltd.) publishes this site and introduces you to the seller; it does not sell the pack itself.
