We harvested 12 months of Reddit + YouTube comments mentioning TRNC universities, classified each by intent and topic, and pulled out the patterns. Every cluster links to a UniNorth page that answers it — or to a content gap we'll fill next.

How to read this dataset

First snapshot, updated May 13, 2026. We pulled public Reddit + YouTube comments mentioning TRNC universities from the last 12 months, filtered out off-topic noise, and grouped what people actually ask and complain about. Critical voices stay in alongside positive ones — agent sites curate only the marketing version, this is the unvarnished one.

  • Sample size: 56 comments after editorial filtering. The raw harvest was much larger; most of it was off-topic to TRNC or older than 12 months.
  • Scope:Reddit and YouTube only — Discord, WhatsApp groups and country-specific forums aren’t represented. Country-of-origin tags depend on commenters self-identifying.
  • Editorial filters: personal attacks and named-staff criticism are removed at harvest. Systemic complaints stay in. Each cluster shows date range and a source-linked sample so you can read the original thread.
  • Update cadence: refreshed weekly. Snapshot generated May 13, 2026.
