For most international students in TRNC, this specific bursary is worth noting but checking carefully. TRNC Higher Education Scholarship (Fall 2026-27)

Applications open 14 September and close 31 October 2026. They are submitted online through the department's YOBIS portal, not on paper and not through university offices.

One detail matters if you already hold this scholarship: students who received the higher education bursary during the 2025-2026 spring term must also go through YOBIS to renew their application for the new term. Renewal is not automatic. Miss it, and the payment stops.
