Headline fee = the lowest published undergraduate annual rate at each university, before any institutional scholarship (the sort key). After scholarship= the same row after the university’s standard international tier applies; “no auto. scholarship” means the headline rate is what students actually pay. A few honest caveats

  • Cheapest is not always best. All five universities above hold YÖDAK institutional accreditation, but program-level accreditation (ABET, ACPE, WFME, FIBAA, MÜDEK, AHPGS, NAAB and similar) varies sharply. If your goal is licensure or recognition in your home country, accreditation matters more than price. See /sources for the per-body register links.
  • Scholarship tiers stack. Several universities here apply 50% to every international undergraduate by default and then offer 75%, 90% or 100% tiers on top, contingent on academic record or portfolio. The numbers above reflect the standard tier; your actual rate could land lower.
  • Currency matters. Some universities publish in EUR, others in USD. Fee “cheapness” in a stronger currency moves with the exchange rate; check the current rate when you compare apples-to-apples.
