Scholarship cuts vary widely: Cyprus International University (CIU) drops its EUR 9,032 fee by 48% to EUR 4,726; European University of Lefke (EUL) and Near East University (NEU) each cut 50%, landing at EUR 3,875 and EUR 4,300; GAU cuts 40% to EUR 6,600; UoK cuts just 20%, to EUR 3,440. BAU and EMU, both USD-quoted, apply no reduction at all. ADAK has no published fee. Of the group, only EMU and NEU hold ACPE accreditation — the marker with a documented US pharmacy-practice connection.
