The visa facts, by nationality
Most nationalities: visa on arrival
A 60-day student entry visa is granted at the border on your acceptance or pre-registration letter. That is why a September decision made in August — or even early September — still works.
Nigeria, Syria, Armenia: visa before travel
These three nationalities must get the student visa at a TRNC mission before flying. Start the application now and treat Spring 2027 (classes begin 8 February 2027 (NEU) · 4 February 2027 (EMU)) as a full second intake, not a fallback.
